This policy explains what information the Technex Official website collects, why, and what choices you have. By using the site you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Who we are
Technex Ltd. is a website developer group that runs this site. For any privacy question or request, contact us at technexofficial12@gmail.com.
2. Information we collect
- Visit statistics. When you open the site we record a random visitor ID (stored in your browser), your approximate country and city, and the time of the visit. We do not store your IP address in our database.
- Paid project requests. If you request access to a paid project, we collect the contact you enter (email or Discord), the optional transaction hash, the payment screenshot you upload, your approximate country and city, and a request code we generate.
- Access keys. When you unlock a paid project, we record a random device ID, approximate country/city and last-used time for that key, to limit the number of devices and detect misuse.
- Supporters list. A supporter’s name or nickname, amount and message are shown publicly only after the supporter agrees to it.
- Admin accounts. The site administrators sign in with an email and password handled by our authentication provider.
- Messages. If you email or message us, we keep what you send so we can reply.
3. How we use it
- To run and secure the site, and to show the project directory.
- To verify payments, issue and manage access keys, and prevent key sharing or fraud.
- To understand which countries visit the site and improve it.
- To reply to your messages and requests.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not show advertising on this site.
4. Cookies and browser storage
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The site stores a few items in your browser: a random device ID, a visit flag, your saved paid-request code, and (for admins) the sign-in session. You can clear them at any time in your browser settings; some features, such as checking a saved request, may then stop working.
5. Services we use
To work, the site relies on third parties that may receive technical data such as your IP address and browser details when your browser connects to them:
- Vercel for hosting.
- Supabase for the database, sign-in and private file storage (payment screenshots are stored in a private bucket that only admins can view).
- Google Fonts and jsDelivr for fonts and code libraries.
- api.qrserver.com for the donation QR code image.
- Discord, YouTube and GitHub when you click links to them. Their own privacy policies apply there.
6. Crypto donations and payments
Cryptocurrency transactions are public and permanent on the blockchain. We cannot delete or change them, and we do not control the networks or your wallet. Never share your seed phrase or private key with anyone. We will never ask for it.
7. How long we keep data
We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above, for example to verify a payment, support an access key, or keep basic records. Visit statistics are kept in aggregate form for as long as they are useful.
8. Security
We use access controls so that only admins can read requests, keys and screenshots. No online service is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your choices
You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it (for example a payment screenshot or a supporters-list entry). Email technexofficial12@gmail.com and include your request code if you have one. We may need to keep some records where required by law or to prevent fraud.
10. Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continued use of the site means you accept the changes.
